What are conditions?
Conditions in the context of ignore rules are rules that determine which characteristics received tickets must meet in order to be ignored. These rules can be set to the following ticket fields:
How to add a condition?
Adding a condition is pretty straightforward. Just follow these steps:
Navigate to Channels > Click the Settings button of your desired channel > Select the Ignore tab > Click on the Expand on the right side of the Conditions section.
Click on the + Add condition button of the conditions table and fill in the required fields. In the example below we have chosen a condition where all tickets with a severity below
0.5are ignored in this channel.
Click on the Add button to add the condition. The added condition is immediately active.
